Ella’s favourites from this week are -
Beef tartare, crispy potato, slow cooked egg yolk.
Octopus and char sui pork skewers, XO mayonnaise, thai basil.
Courgette and basil pasta, smoked ricotta, pangratata.

The starling murmuration is a truly breathtaking spectacle. We are so lucky to have front row seats upstairs at Ebb.

This is the peak of summer produce.

New to the menu this week, we have…

A summer staple, artigiana burrata topped with aged ham from and finished with crispy chilli.

Sussex mackerel, caught off the coast of Newhaven, with foraged meadowsweet ponzu and sea vegetables.

Tonka bean pain perdu “lost bread”, Kentish yellow peaches and Marcona almonds.
