🥯 We had a special visit from Jacob's Bagels at Bay this week for a bagel-making masterclass!

From mixing the dough to kneading, shaping, boiling, and finally baking — we learnt the whole process from start to finish. It was amazing to see the craft that goes into making the perfect bagel.

A big thank you to Tino for coming down and sharing his knowledge with us — we loved every minute!

Watch this space… bagels might just be making their way onto the menu very soon 👀
