The Thunder Dome will be roaring this Sunday at Worthing Leisure Centre and as usual we will be there for all your snacks and drinks, this time work out new Popcorn Machine!!

For the last few months Sam has been coming along to Velo on the Manor for his volunteering part of his Duke of Edinburgh Bronze challenge. His stint has now come to an end and we want to say a huge well done and thank you for all of your help. Sam you have been a joy, bringing the smiles and enthusiasm every week and willing to get stuck into every task that has been asked of you. It's been a pleasure having you along and we wish you all the very best with not only the rest of the challenge but in whatever you chose to tackle next, you are a kind and considerate young man with a very bright future.
Take care mate, don't be a stranger?
