We start with used lemons, limes, and oranges from the bar. We dehydrate them for around a week before blending them with salt, sugar, and MSG to create a seasoning that’s zesty, salty, slightly sweet, and adds that extra flavour.

It’s the perfect finishing touch on our Corn Ribs! 🌽
