Chashu Pork & Chicken Croquette 🔥

Chashu pork and chicken, our tonkotsu broth turned into béchamel, rolled and deep fried until golden and cripsy. Finished with yuzu mayu mayo, pickled ginger, scallions, and seaweed powder.
