Despite the 34 degree heat today, our chef team at A C Event Catering are keeping cool in the fully air conditioned kitchen at Millennium Point
When designing the kitchen, air conditioning was a major consideration to maintain staff welfare in all
temperatures.
Kitchens are obviously hot, and sometimes gruelling environments, so ensuring our team are as comfortable as possible is highest on our priority list
Staff welfare and working conditions can get overlooked with new builds and at some venues, and we have had to work in some very uncomfortable kitchens over the years because of this!
But not at Millennium Point!
The boys are clearly comfortable - they’ve even kept their gilets on! 🤓🤓
