The original building dates from the mid 18th century and first gained a liquor licence in 1835. Today, as a Free House, we offer Real Ales and Traditional Pub Food; nothing fancy, just tasty food at realistic prices: together with clean, simple accommodation if required. We have free mooring facilities and offer river fishing for £5 per day, including a free drink! We are dog friendly so please feel free to ring your well behaved best friend as well, (dogs must be kept on a lead at all times)
