Update to our previous post

The same customer who lives local was also working on a house down the road from Rainbow Hill Chippy found a silver foiled creased ball under the floorboards of the house he was working on. He picked it up and started slowly to unwrap the ball which turned out to be a wrapper for a choc ice which was produced by Rainbow Hill Dairy back in the 50's.
Our customer thought it should rightly be presented to the old shop as it is part of the properties history so he went to the delicate effort to take the creases out as much as he could and add a backing and then laminated it.
The very nice gentleman came in the shop and gave us the old Choc ice wrapper and told us the story on how he had found the wrapper and we thanked him.

Update

We would like to inform you that we will be opening as planned on Wednesday 24th January at 16:30

Notice

We would like to announce that we will hopefully be reopening our doors on Wednesday 24th January at 16:30

We are waiting for a few machines to be serviced and also waiting for a New Card Machine to arrive as well as fresh stock to be delivered Monday and Tuesday.

We will confirm that everything has been completed for the reopening date by sending a post out on Tuesday 23rd January.

Our Opening Hours will be:
Monday - Saturday
16:30 - 20:00

We look forward to seeing you.
