Well, the final few weeks are here, and this is it: our last monthly special! 🍕

​We couldn’t leave without finishing on something that felt like a goodbye and a taste of what’s next for us in Cornwall. So I decided to create something connected to the sea for this one, using a 10/10 plant-based seaweed 'caviar' 🌊

We’ve paired it with: courgette ribbons, hand-spread burrata, plant-based caviar, crushed pistachio, fresh watercress & lemon zest 🍋🤙

Starting today, this special is officially on the menu and will be available for the whole month until we close our doors ❤️
