-braised beef brisket cooked in a rich tomato sauce, baby onions served with bulgur wheat

Tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, onion, Kalamata olives, & drizzle with olive oil

Deep fried calamari served with homemade garlic mayo and lemon

Sheftalia-traditional Cypriot sausage, made from minced pork & lamb, finely chopped onion, parsley, and spices.

Grilled Saganaki cheese served with lemon & parsley

Mains:

Pork Kontosouvli- traditional Greek dish made by large chunks of pork marinated in herbs, spices, and olive oil, then slow-roasted in the oven served with roasted peppers.

Slow cooked lamb marinated in Greek herbs and oven baked potatoes with oregano & lemon

Roasted mix vegetables with thyme, rosemary and oregano topped with feta cheese and olive oil.
