Made this guy yesterday and it’s hitting the display TODAY!

There’s this bavarian cheese dip called OBATZDA which is kinda like a dark beer german rarebit of sorts, and we were talking and reckon it would be fun to make it into a pizza with pretzels so that’s EXACTLY what we did 😇

It’s gonna have some beer braised shallots on it too which i figured out afterwards and aren’t in this photo so just imagine that bit.
