This week we have Lemon Drizzle, Lemon Cheesecake, Carrot cake, Vanilla and Jam, Kinder Bueno Cookie Pie, cake pops and of course, the new and going to be all winter staple, the Hot Fudge Cake.

I feel like I owe to my valued customers to explain why the display fridge is always almost empty every late Saturday afternoons. I sincerely apologise if some of you may have wasted their journey to the shop only to be dissapointed by an almost empty fridge today. This is quite common every Saturdays, and it breaks my morale if Im being honest to see some of you couldnt even make it halfway in the shop as youre already been put off by very limited stocks. I understand completely, I might have done the same if I were you, but as much as I wanted to keep the fridge full till 5pm, I just cant.

Shop is closed every Sundays and Mondays which means every unsold cakes by Saturday afternoon goes in the bin. I do not redisplay them the following week. Which is why I cannot replenish the display on Saturdays. I have a very high standard to what I sell you. Im sure all of you would prefer to be assured that what you are buying are freshly made and not some left over from previous weeks.

If youre free time is only Saturday to come to shop, please feel free to message during early week. I am more than happy to put asside what you hope to get till youre ready to collect on Saturday.

And lastly thank you to all my regulars who come to support as often as they could. I genuinely appreciate it. 🥰
