Farm shop, café, vineyard and dairy selling Raw Jersey Milk based 15 mins south of Norwich. We have 100% pasture fed cows, who get to keep their calves with them for 7-9 months. Our café serves fabulous fresh home cooked food every day, and our butchery offers our own pasture fed beef, milk fed pork, pastured lamb, and local free range chicken. We are open 7 days a week - the shop from 8am until 6pm and the café from 9pm until 5pm.

Good morning!

It's a stunning day, and we're gearing up for the heat on the farm by getting all the animals checked and moved really early.

The good news is that there's beautiful breeze so whether you're walking the farm walk or sitting on the patio enjoying an iced coffee, you'll be comfortable when you visit.

In terms of staying hydrated, don't forget that milk is THE best liquid to refresh and sustain you - full of electrolytes and minerals, so we really are the best place to visit in the heat :-)

As well as milk we do have some favourite tipples when it's warm - Mother Root and Botivo - both available in the shop and perfect with sparkling water to make a refreshing and very healthy drink!

Happy Monday folks! Thank you to everyone who visited over the weekend - lovely to see so many of you here enjoying the farm, shop and restaurant :-)

We're getting ready for another busy week and thought you'd enjoy this video of our Head of Highland Cow Happiness, Hayley, giving head scratches to our baby Highland :-)

Do share to anyone who needs a dose of happiness and cuteness in their life :-)

Catriona and her calf are in the paddock adjacent the farm walk so you're welcome to keep an eye out for them when you visit us.

We're open until 5.30pm today, tomorrow and Wednesday, and 6pm Thursday to Saturday, and until 5pm on Sunday. If you'd like to see the animals after using the shop/restaurant you're very welcome to but please be mindful of our need to close on time - the team don't want to lock you in by accident!!

Nitrate Free Bacon!!

We've been working on a secret project for a while, and are delighted to be able to let you know that we've cracked the Nitrate Free Bacon recipe!!

As well as offering our unsmoked Organically Cured bacon (Harry's Home cure) we now have our very own Old Hall Farm nitrate free unsmoked back and streaky bacon!

It's absolutely amazing - please note we do sell the bacon frozen to preserve the gorgeous pink colour - as we don't use any preservatives (Nitrates), but it's available every day in the shop and online!

Here's Harry and our gorgeous bacon slicer in action :-)

NB, the bacon would make an amazing treat for Father's Day!!

Okay, so I might be a BIT obsessed with how squishy and adorable this little lady is!!
