This month I spiced up the menu for the Woodstock Probus Club. Beef or vegetable chilli with wild and long grain rice, mixed salad, homemade guacamole and salsa, sour cream and cheese. Followed by baked vanilla cheesecake with fruit compote or fresh fruit salad

A busy weekend at the Stonesfield festival of dance. Saturday had a sandwich lunch and then lasagne or vegetable quiche for supper, served with a selection of salads with apple and strawberry crumble or lemon tart for dessert. Sunday had chicken in a creamy mushroom and pancetta sauce or lentil cottage pie for lunch, served with potatoes and vegetables. With hot chocolate fudge cake or tiramisu for dessert. A wedding buffet for a wonderful couple in Begbroke. The main course was followed by white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake, fruit pavlova, chocolate fudge cake and mini scones with cream and jam. Tea, coffee and fruit juice was served throughout. ❤️
