Luxe Bistro is offering Breakfast Specials on Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th March
(10am - 3pm on food / 10am - 9pm Drinks & Cocktails)

We’re looking for a experienced friendly, and reliable individual to join our team at Luxe Bistro Bar Woodhall Spa as a Bar Manager.

This role suits someone confident behind the bar who enjoys taking ownership of a shift and is comfortable working independently when required. You’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere, serve great drinks, and ensure the bar runs smoothly day to day.

Hours & Rota
• Part-time / Full Time position
• Shifts include evenings and weekends
• Some shifts will involve working independently, particularly during quieter periods

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard
• Confidently run the bar during your shift, either independently or with limited support
• Deliver friendly, attentive service and engage positively with customers
• Process payments accurately and responsibly
• Maintain stock levels and general bar organisation during shifts
• Keep the bar clean, tidy, and compliant with food safety and licensing standards
• Contribute to a relaxed, social, and welcoming environment for customers’

Requirements
• Previous bar & Cocktail experience is essential
• Confident working independently and taking responsibility for a shift
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Friendly, approachable manner with good communication skills
• Good understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol service
• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer experience.

On Friday 5th December For every pastry or cake purchased we will be giving away a free coffee....... (Takeaway only).
