We're hiring someone to work front of house in our bar and restaurant at The Ebrington Arms 🍻

💷 £13 per hour starting wage, 30+ hours per week

What you'll be doing:
🍽️ Serving food and drinks
😊 Looking after customers and providing great service
🧹 Keeping the bar and restaurant clean and organised
🤝 Working as part of the team to keep everything running smoothly

What we're looking for:
✅ Friendly, confident and good with people
✅ Hard working and happy to stay busy
✅ Reliable and able to work as part of a team
✅ Available for evenings and weekends
✅ Aged 18+

Experience isn't essential as full training will be provided.

We’ve had so much lovely feedback about the Eb lately, and these two reviews pretty much sum up what we’re hearing from customers.

“By far the best food we have had in several years from a pub/restaurant… most definitely on another level.”

They enjoyed it so much they booked again for the very next day! 😊

And then:

“The chef really does know how to create signature dishes.”

Our kitchen team have really been getting creative with the dishes they’re putting together lately, and our brilliant FOH team work just as hard to provide the friendly, attentive service and atmosphere that makes the whole thing come together.

Seeing that being noticed by our customers genuinely means a lot to all of us. ❤️

🚴💛 THE TOUR OF BRITAIN IS COMING PAST THE PUB! 💛🚴

Yes. The actual one.

On Thursday 3rd September, Stage 2 of the Tour of Britain races from Boston to Skegness and comes straight through Kirkby on Bain at around 11:35am, right past The Ebrington Arms!

And because there’s already been loads of interest, we’re opening early from 10am and serving breakfast! 🍳☕

Come down, get yourself fed, grab a drink and get a good spot outside before the peloton comes flying through.

🍳 Breakfast from 10am
☕ Coffee will be strong
🚴 Peloton expected around 11:35am
🍺 B**r will be cold
💛 Something may have been unnecessarily painted yellow
📣 Cheering is strongly encouraged

We’re expecting a busy morning, so booking a table for breakfast is highly recommended.

Probably the only time we’ll encourage people to cycle straight past the pub. Although, if any of them want to stop for a pint, they’re very welcome! 🚴💨🍺

Seeing the pub busy, even on a weekday, is something we'll never take for granted. ❤️

Thanks to the support of our regulars and visitors alike, we've been able to grow the kitchen team over the last few weeks, giving our chefs more time to create delicious weekly specials. 👨‍🍳

✅ Available for evenings and weekends

No experience is needed as full training will be provided.
