Meet Ignas – our Restaurant Manager! 🍸

You probably all know Ignas by now from the many photos we've shared of him behind the bar!

Ignas started with us as our Bar Manager and has recently been promoted to Restaurant Manager, so these days you'll find him both on the restaurant floor and behind the bar, creating all of our new and exciting cocktails.

He's also been busy developing his wine knowledge and recently passed his WSET Level 2, with Level 3 booked in soon!

So next time you're in, be sure to ask Ignas for a wine recommendation, cocktail suggestion – or perhaps both!

One of our favourites has to be the Tuna Tartare, served with avocado mousse, wasabi mayonnaise, yuzu, pickled mooli, coriander and sesame - fresh, vibrant and packed with flavour.

Meet Rebecca - our Events & Marketing Manager! 📸

If you've ever wondered who's behind Marlowe's social media...here she is!

You'll often find Rebecca standing on chairs trying to get the perfect food photo (anything for the shot! ), planning weddings, birthdays and private events, writing newsletters, organising marketing campaigns and keeping our social media up to date.

When she's not behind the camera or at her desk, don't be surprised to see her behind the bar, welcoming guests or serving ice creams from the Parlour on our busiest days.

She's also always first in line to sample our latest cocktail creations and is well known for being rather partial to a Frozen Margarita!

From planning your special event to capturing your favourite dish, Rebecca is always busy helping showcase everything Marlowe's has to offer.
