Morning! We open at 11am today, cooked breakfast available from the off! Call 01902892270 to pre-order your takeaway, or book a table… of course walk ins are welcome 🫶🏻

The work continues….. do you remember when we had internal water features, here at The Red, due to leaking roofs, poor insulation and just general degradation of the building?

Well bit by bit, we get the work done.

This corner of the lounge, had so much water damage to the beams, plaster and brickwork, had to strip it right back and start again!

But…. The exterior is now water tight, the guttering, goes “almost” where we need it to…. So now we have some smoother, more original looking walls!

CONTROVERSIAL DECISION…. We are phasing out the artex 70s plastering and recreating a smoother but more rustic finish, to emulate how the stable walls would have looked when they were first done! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

What’s next? ….. more new windows 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

We’re delighted to be welcoming Rainbow Dog Rescue to The Red Lion, Wombourne for a special Coffee Morning! 🌈🐶❤️

We still have tickets available for our Traitors event on Saturday 24th October, and a few people have been asking us exactly what the night involves… so here’s a little more information! 👀

This isn’t just a Traitors-themed party — it’s a fully hosted, live interactive experience where YOU become part of the game!

🎭 You’ll be secretly selected as Faithfuls or Traitors
🔎 Take part in challenges, scavenger hunts, blindfold challenges, games of chance and more
🗣️ Question your fellow players and try to work out who you can trust
⚰️ Expect murders and dramatic banishments along the way!
🏆 Finish with The End Game to discover whether the Faithfuls or Traitors have won!

And don’t worry — if you’re murdered or banished, your night isn’t over! You’ll still be involved in the challenges and may even find yourself returning with a brand-new role. 👀

We can officially confirm that Saturday evening food is coming to The Red Lion! 🙌

From Saturday 10th October, our kitchen will be serving our FULL MENU from 12pm right through until 8pm every Saturday. 🍽️

And we thought we’d better celebrate properly…

🔥 FOR ONE WEEK ONLY – 2 COURSES FOR JUST £15! 🔥

Whether it’s one of our homemade curries, pie & chips, one of your Red Lion favourites or something sweet to finish, come hungry and let us do the cooking (and the washing up 😉).
