We are currently looking for reliable, professional contractors to provide services for Pine Court which may lead to multiple Housing 21 schemes.

We are inviting quotes and expressions of interest from contractors for:

🪟 Window Cleaning
🌱 Gardening & Grounds Maintenance
🏠 Gutter Cleaning

✨ What’s on offer?
• The opportunity to work across multiple Housing 21 schemes
• 12-month contracts
• Potential for regular, ongoing work
• A chance to build a working relationship with Housing 21 and support our retirement living communities
• Competitive quotations welcomed

✅ Contractor requirements:
• Must hold appropriate public liability/business insurance
• Must be registered/listed as a SafeContractor or CHAS-approved contractor
• Relevant experience and appropriate equipment required
• Reliable, professional and able to work respectfully around residents
• Must meet Housing 21’s relevant contractor requirements and safeguarding expectations

🌞✨ What a FANTASTIC day we've had at Pine Court's Summer Event! ✨🌞

From start to finish, the laughter, smiles and wonderful atmosphere made today truly special. It was so lovely to see so many families joining us and making memories alongside our residents. 💛

A huge thank you to our incredible team, Sharron, Louise, Diana and Laura, who always go above and beyond to create such brilliant events for our residents. Your hard work, dedication and teamwork never go unnoticed.

We'd also like to say a big thank you to Farm on Wheels, our amazing magicians, and the ice cream van for helping make the day even more magical. 🐑🎩🍦

We're looking forward to welcoming everyone to our Pine Court Summer Event tomorrow!

FREE for all Pine Court residents! 💚

Come along and enjoy:
🍔 BBQ with delicious burgers and hot dogs
🎩 A fantastic magician and magic show
🐐 Farm on Wheels - meet the animals!
🏰 Bouncy castle
😊 Fun, laughter and a great afternoon with friends and neighbours

We'd also love to welcome friends and family to join in the fun!

Admission for non-residents:
💷 £2 per adult

Activities:
🏰 Bouncy castle – £1 per child
🐑 Farm on Wheels – £1 per child

Every penny raised goes directly back into our Residents' activity fund, helping us provide even more events, entertainment and activities for our wonderful Pine Court community throughout the year.

Today at Pine Court we were proud to hold a fundraising event in support of Dementia UK. 💙

Residents came together for a wonderful afternoon of live singing, laughter and community spirit. Every purchase made today was donated to Dementia UK and for every meal purchased in our restaurant, we also donated an additional £1 to this fantastic cause.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, sang, supported and helped make today such a special event. Together, we've made a difference while creating some wonderful memories. 💙🎶

There was plenty of laughter, great company, and a delicious birthday cake as everyone came together to help Margaret celebrate her special day. It's always a pleasure to see our community making memories and enjoying these special occasions together.

Today we celebrated in true red, white, and blue style with delicious burgers, hot dogs, tasty cupcakes, and fantastic entertainment from Yam Yam Elvis! 🍔🌭🧁🎤

🎶☮️ Pine Court went Back to the 60s to celebrate our fantastic 100% TSM results! ☮️🎶

The team dressed to impress in true 60s style, and some of our wonderful residents joined in the fun too, looking absolutely groovy! 🌼✌️

The celebrations wouldn't have been complete without a karaoke session. Staff took over the microphone and gave it their all, even if they sounded more like screaming cats than chart-toppers! 🎤😹

A fantastic day filled with laughter, music, and celebrations. Well done to everyone for helping achieve such an amazing result! 🎉💯
