📣 Phone lines are finally working again! 📣

We are so sorry to any customers that have been calling and haven’t been able to get through. Much to everyone’s frustration it was completely out of our control, but we are finally able to accept phone calls again!

We would like to thank our customers for their continued support and patronage. There has been a bit of drama on some local Facebook groups from a disgruntled customer and we would like to say that although it's disappointing to have a meal that is inadequate, we will always put things right when we have been made aware of any problems. Had the lady in question returned in store or made contact, the issue would have been resolved.
Social media is not the place for complaints, especially as we were unaware of any issues. The sites her comments were posted on are for public information I.e. suspicious behaviour, road closures, and the like. Not for business reviews. All we ask is for a chance to see what went wrong so that we can prevent a reoccurrence. Thank you for your continued support ❤️
