Hello, My name is Emma Smith, I am a working Mum with 3 children and a passion for baking bespoke cakes and bakes for all occasions. I made by first celebration cake for my eldest child's first birthday many years ago and my love of baking has simply evolved over the years. It is my aim to produce cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and tray bakes that taste as good as they look and I am very proud of the fact that my Vanilla sponge recipe that I use in my cupcakes has been passed down through 3 generations of my family (I have never found a more delicious recipe and I am sure my Grandma is pleased). In November 2013, I was awarded a 5 star hygiene rating from South Staffordshire Council. Thank you so much for taking the time to browse through my page and I very much hope to bake for you sometime.

Happy September everyone. The start of the 'ber months has got me thinking about Christmas 🎅 So let's start with Elf on the Shelf cupcakes!!

Vanilla Cupcake, topped with Vanilla Buttercream and a handmade, edible Elf topper, presented in an individual cupcake box and tied with a red ribbon. £4.50 each. To be collected on Monday 30th November 2026, all ready for the Elf on the Shelf to deliver on the 1st December.

This was the most nerve-wracking cake I have ever had to make!!! A gender reveal cake for my very first Grand Baby!! Mommy and Daddy were sent out of the room after the scan yesterday, whilst the Nurse called me to let me know if I needed to fill the cake with pink or blue buttercream!!! This has to be the most exciting secret I have ever had to keep 👶👣👶
