❤️ A BIG THANK YOU FROM ALL OF US AT THE BOYCOTT ARMS ❤️
Firstly, we just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who joined us this weekend. Your continued support, custom and patience really does mean the world to us. 🥰
We also want to apologise to anyone who visited us recently and didn’t have the experience we would have wanted you to have. We’ve had a few difficult weekends with longer waiting times at the bar and delays with food orders, and we completely understand how frustrating that can be.
We’ve listened to the feedback and are taking it seriously. We’ll be working hard to improve things moving forward, particularly around waiting times and communication when you place a food order.
All of our food is prepared fresh to order, and wherever possible we try to source our ingredients locally. Our chips are cooked fresh in the air fryer, which takes around 15 minutes from receiving your order — and during particularly busy periods, it can sometimes take a little longer. We’ll always do our best to make sure you’re aware of the expected wait when ordering.
We’re a small, independent country pub, and we’re only nine months into our journey. Mick, Jane and the whole team are local people who genuinely care about making the Boycott Arms a great place to eat, drink and spend time.
We started this venue from scratch and, like any new business, we’re still learning and improving as we go. We won’t get everything right every time, but we promise we’ll always listen, learn and try our very best.
