Unfortunately, MGs Café is now closed while we have our kitchen floor repaired. The work is expected to take a couple of weeks, but we don't have a confirmed reopening date just yet. Thank you to all of our loyal customers for your continued support.

From time to time, we receive complaints about orders. If something isn't right, we always encourage customers to contact us politely so we can investigate and, where appropriate, put things right.

Today,we received a complaint about one of our BLTs. The customer stated there was no butter, only one slice of bacon, and no mayonnaise. We checked our preparation, and the sandwich was made with two slices of bacon and mayonnaise as standard. Butter was not requested. Unfortunately, the conversation then became abusive, which is never acceptable.

We understand that mistakes can happen in any business, and we're always happy to resolve genuine issues. However, we ask that all members of our team are treated with courtesy and respect. Abuse towards our staff will not be tolerated.
