Celebrating Alex's 5-Year Barons Anniversary 🎉

We recently celebrated Assistant Manager Alex's 5 year anniversary with the business!
Since joining Barons Pub Company as a team-member at the Jovial Sailor in 2021, Alex has displayed a fantatsic journey of professional development to be where his is today.

It's a pleasure to support & watch Alex's growth through his hospitality career so far. We've followed him on his journey as he's gained confidence & new skills; upskilling from team-member to the wholly competent Assistant Manager that he is today.

Throughout his 5 years with us so far, Alex has built a great rapport with our regulars & is hugely respected by all of his team here, at The Jovial Sailor.

Thank you for all you do, Alex! We can't wait to see what else you've got to bring to make your pub a great place to be.
