“Deep fried lasagne”
She’s a thing of beauty.
A proper lasagne breaded and fried served on a bed of rustic marinara sauce topped with garlic and fresh Parmesan. Designed to share but you don’t have to.

We are taking a well deserved rest and we will be closed for our summer holiday from Monday the 17th of August
until Sunday the 23rd of August.

So last night we provided cocktail jelly shots for for the national restaurant awards.
The brief was simple, make them taste like the cocktails and loose no alcohol. This was definitely achieved as we burnt off no alcohol to make them.
Simple but classy.

Ok I did a thing!!!!
Here is the new premium sausage roll.
It is the love child of our sausage roll and our Smokey “O” burger.
Garlic and smoked paprika sausage meat, mustard pickled onions. Then the pastry is split so we can load it with bacon jam. Finished with aioli and crispy shallots!!
Grab one whilst you can.

Now that Fairoaks Airport has been upgraded to a full international airport with commercial airliners now able told we have built ourselves a new viewing platform.
