Have a look at our very own Jay Bartlett’s dish, featured by the MICHELIN Guide as one of its Inspector’s Dishes of the Month!

Duck Breast, Duck Fat Potato Terrine, Glazed Carrots & Prunes, described by the inspector as one of the highlights from their meal at our “terrific local restaurant.”

A huge well done to Jay and the entire Corn Room kitchen team. What an achievement!
