The decision has been made… 🍷☀️

After plenty of tasting, debating and a lot of “just one more sample”, we’ve finally settled on this year’s Tapas & Sangria menu.

From 2nd–5th July, we’ll be serving up all your favourite little plates, alongside homemade red and white sangria mixed fresh behind the bar.

A table full of food, a jug of sangria and good company. That’s summer sorted.

Order a few. Order too many. Pass them around (or don’t 😉).

Gather your favourite people and join us for four days of summer feasting.

We are back with a few new team to showcase!

First up, our Assistant Manager, Daniel.

If you’ve visited us before, chances are you’ve already met him. If not, you’ll certainly hear him before you see him 😉

Daniel brings more sass than the rest of the team combined and isn’t afraid to tell it how it is.

When he’s not keeping the team on their toes, you’ll usually find him enjoying a glass of wine, chatting to guests, or making sure everything runs exactly as it should.

Hard-working, passionate, and dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests every single day 🤍

From 2nd July to 5th July, we’ll be serving up all your favourite little plates, perfect for sharing (or not, we won’t judge 😉).

From bar snacks to tapas favourites, it’s the kind of food that was made to be enjoyed with friends and family around the table.

And what’s tapas without sangria? Our team will be mixing up both red and white sangria behind the bar throughout the fortnight 🍷

Straight from the South Downs and on to our specials board for a limited time only ✨

Our asparagus is sourced from the brilliant team at Barfoots Farm, a family-run farm established in 1976, growing across the beautiful South Downs. With over 750 acres of asparagus grown each year, it’s safe to say they know a thing or two about producing some of the very best spears in the country 🤍

Served simply with classic hollandaise and a soft poached egg — letting the quality of the produce do the talking.

And if you really want the full experience… pair it with a crisp glass of Italian Vermentino 🍷 Bold, herbaceous and the perfect match for spring on a plate.
