The new Tilia van had arrived! A huge thank you to OX One Branding Co for bringing our vision to life and for the care and creativity that has gone into every detail. We are absolutely thrilled with the result.

What makes this even more special is that the original Tilia branding was created over ten years ago, right at the very beginning of our journey. As our business has grown from small local events to weddings, celebrations and corporate catering across Oxfordshire and beyond, our branding has remained such an important part of who we are.

We can’t wait to see our beautiful new van out and about, delivering delicious food and helping to create memorable occasions. Make sure to give us a wave if you spot us!

Last night we had the pleasure of catering a graduation celebration in the heart of central Oxford. Despite the soaring temperatures, our team kept everything running smoothly, serving a selection of bowl food that was perfect for a summer evening.

Salmon Poke Bowl
Fish & Chips
Tandoori Cauliflower with jewelled pilaf rice
Beef Chilli with tortilla chips

Followed by a classic tiramisu before the dancing started.

We absolutely loved serving everything in the stunning Aqua Blue Bowls with elegant gold forks from our friends Oxford Event Hire | Furniture & Catering Equipment Hire The colours looked beautiful in the sunshine and perfectly complemented the relaxed garden setting.

Last night we had the pleasure of catering a graduation celebration in the heart of central Oxford. We kicked the evening off with a selection of delicious canapés before moving on to a bowl food menu that was perfect for a warm summer evening.

…followed by a classic Tiramisu to round off the evening perfectly.

🏊‍♀️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️ Another Blenheim Triathlon done for another year!

A huge congratulations to every single competitor who swam, cycled and ran their way around this incredible event this weekend. The determination, resilience and sheer effort on display was inspiring to watch.

We were delighted to once again be part of the event, keeping the amazing staff and volunteers fuelled throughout the weekend. Between us, we served:

🥣 400 portions of porridge
🥐 Over 500 pastries
🥪 616 packed lunches
🍎 Nearly 1,500 pieces of fruit
🍽️ Over 1,000 meals in total

A massive thank you to all the volunteers and staff who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make an event of this scale possible. It simply couldn’t happen without you.

It was also lovely to see so many familiar faces from last year and catch up with people we’ve had the pleasure of working alongside before.

Now for a well-earned rest before we start the next event!

We know it’s not always possible to make it to a tasting evening, especially when life is busy or guests are travelling, so we’re always happy to create bespoke tasting boxes for your event instead.

Whether you’re choosing wedding menus, grazing boards, salads, canapés or something completely tailored to you, our tasting boxes are designed to give you a real feel for the flavours, style and presentation we offer at Tilia.

This one included a selection of seasonal salads, sharing board favourites and beautifully prepared dishes ready to enjoy at home 🫒🧀🥗
