Yesterday was all about Eating for the Menopause. But it was much more than that. With the expertise of MK Acupuncture attendees learnt all about tackling life before, during and post menopause. A really inspiring talk packed with advice and information. Followed by a lunch to help meet nutritional goals. Courgette and Flax Loaf, Spinach Frittata, Chicken with Dates, Grains with Apricots and Cashew Nuts, Lentils with Roasted Vegetables and Kefir.
Thank you everyone who came…..watch this space for more of these talk and taste eating well sessions……

A busy day yesterday….online cookery demo making Pork with Apples and Celeriac Mash with an Apple Cobbler Dessert. Ashley came in and made a beef pie, and in our client class we made Beef and Vegetable Pasties. We had a box of bananas come in so we made banana chutney. Ferry Project Cookery School
