📣Gift Card Refund Update📣
We have been let down by our POS provider and they haven’t been able to to issue the refunds they told us they could due to the age of the transactions.
Therefore we have had to contact everyone individually who has been in touch saying they have an outstanding balance on their gift cards and asked for further information so as we can do this manually, it’s a good job we like admin 🙄🤪. Please respond to the emails sent out ASAP as all business accounts will be closed on 15th August.

Voucher Update:
All refunds for outstanding balances on gift cards will be issued by the end of July which is when the tea room is officially closed. Thank you for your patience during this difficult time x

Well the end to a very short era … it’s been an emotional day.

Thankyou everybody and all my staff.

We will be going to the sportsman tonight for the 90’s event, maybe we will see a few of you there.

Good morning everybody it’s Dottie, I’m in the tearoom today and tomorrow mostly in tears but I just wanted to thank everybody for all your lovely messages and I also want to thank the magwitch in Wisbech for such a lovely private message that made lel cry before 9:30am and there kind generosity of a van that they had hired and offered me for free… that made me cry.

Maybe we can all make the Magwitch a new place to visit, me and Russell will be giving it a try out now, we have more time on our hands.

I know we have received the most amazing support over the last 18 months so it would be nice to pass that on.

Let me know when your all going and we will see you there for a drink or 2 x
