The engineers came on Wednesday and fixed the problem and the phone has been working fine until now.

For some reason, the phone has started acting up again.
Sorry if you go straight to voicemail - chances are we haven’t received it on our end 😔

Apologies for the inconvenience again - we are as frustrated as you guys.
We will get in contact with the engineers again to find a solution.

Happy Saturday all!

Unfortunately our phone is still not working.
Engineers will not come until Wednesday so we will only be taking in person orders tonight and tomorrow night.

We are trying to implement a phone transfer so if successful we will let you know.

Update: Call divert is unsuccessful. Please share with others that the phone is not working and that we will still get your orders out swiftly, tonight and tomorrow night, in person.

We truly apologise but there seems to be another network problem - we can’t seem to receive any calls.
It goes straight to voicemail.

We are trying our best to fix things on our end but it is not looking very good right now.

Please do pop in and we will happily take your order and get the food out to you as soon as possible.

01/11/2025 update:
Still unsuccessful with the phone. Engineers will be coming on Wednesday so our phone orders will be extremely limited. Please come in to place your order and we will get it to you as soon as possible! 😊

Update. We believe it may be a network problem as the card machine is also not working.
