First Harvest Ltd ...far happier herbs! First Harvest is a small business based in Middlewich in Cheshire. No compost is used so the result is a totally clean product.

We grow gourmet microgreens and microherbs which are exceptionally tender, very young seedlings, normally no more than 15 days old. The plants are grown to the first true leaf stage when they have a very intense flavour and vivid colours. We produce them hydroponically which means that we have complete control over the crops’ growing environment, ensuring that production is in season all year roun

d and that the produce is of consistently high quality. We also grow our produce organically, using no pesticides. We can supply over forty varieties of microgreens and herbs. If we don't currently produce what you want, let us know and we'll do what we can to help. As a local supplier, we will deliver the produce within hours of it being harvested ensuring the highest level of freshness.
