Front of House Team Member
The Kings Arms is a fabulous village pub with a busy food trade, a thriving bar, and a loyal customer following. We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our team.
This is a great opportunity to work in a welcoming, fast-paced environment where excellent customer service is at the heart of everything we do.
The role includes:
* Welcoming and serving customers
* Taking food and drink orders
* Delivering outstanding customer service
* Running food and drinks to tables
* Keeping the bar and restaurant areas clean, organised and presentable
* Working as part of a supportive and hardworking team
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people
* Is friendly, professional and approachable
* Can remain calm and efficient during busy service periods
* Is reliable, punctual and flexible
* Works well as part of a team
* Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided
