No pub this weekend.

The law says we can’t trade, so we have taken their hint.

We had a great time hosting the pre-wedding party of 2 of our lovely regulars last night...

Mignonette -
Patrón Silver or Cazcabel Blanco – crisp, citrusy and lets the oyster shine.

Raj -
Cazcabel Blanco – fresh agave with peppery notes complements the spices.

Kilpatrick -
Olmeca Reposado or Buen Amigo Reposado – light oak and vanilla balance the bacon and Worcestershire sauce.

Rockefeller -
Patrón Reposado – richer texture works well with butter, spinach and herbs.
