Good afternoon Windsor! How was your day? Today we would like to introduce to you an awesome Sichuanese dish: Fish Slices in A Soup of Pickled Mustard Greens, which spelling is “Suancaiyu酸菜鱼” in Chinese.

Our chef chooses fresh cod as the main ingredient for this dish, and adds pickled mustard greens to give the soup a delicately sour and salty flavour. As well as the delicious cod and appetizing pickled mustard greens, the jade green coriander and fiery red chillies also add a spot of vibrant colour and flavour to this dish. In the final step, our chef will pour a scattering of spices and hot oil, which can make the soup hot and glistening.
