🌱 WHY IS IT ADVISED TO EAT 30 PLANTS A WEEK?
Dean and Elaine are super excited to welcome their friend, our Loading Bay Chef and all round plant-based Chef legend Chris Nelson .food to our MEET | EAT | MOVE | REPEAT this Thursday 16th January, 8-9pm. Chris will share two easy and versatile recipes to help us tick off some plants from our weekly 30 target. He will chat through preparation and cooking tips for all lifestyles, timeframes and budget and share some plant myth busters. We will also share some latest research about the physical and mental health benefits if we work towards consuming 30 plants a week and how we integrate this into our 4Motion and Loading Bay mission.
We will be sending out a free MEET | EAT | MOVE | REPEAT resource to everyone who signs up. You don’t have to be vegan or plant-based to join, this session is all about gaining a greater insight into how we can integrate more plants into our diet to positively impact our mental and physical health, the planet and our community.
