A little something sweet from our kitchen 🤍
✨ Pavlova ✨ light, airy, a little dramatic... but worth it. Here’s how we make it ✨

✨ Ingredients:
4 egg whites (room temp)
200g caster sugar
1 tsp white vinegar (or lemon juice)
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp vanilla extract
✨ Toppings:
300ml double cream
1-2 tbsp icing sugar
fresh fruit (berries, kiwi, passionfruit, etc)
✨ Method:
whip egg whites to soft peaks
add sugar slowly, 1 tosp at a time, until glossy & thick
fold in vinegar, cornflour & vanilla shape into a soft nest
bake at 120°C (100°C fan) for 1h 30min turn oven off, let it cool inside (door slightly open)
top with cream + fruit

no yolk, no rushing, no opening the oven 🤍
