Fifteen years ago, Donna and Alan came to The Brown Horse for their very first date. ❤️

Yesterday, they stood here once again for their wedding 💒

On the morning of the wedding, Alan gave Donna her “something new”, a beautiful bracelet with a charm engraved with a map of the crossroads where The Brown Horse sits. Right in the centre of that little map is the place where it all began.

What a night. Last Wednesday we took on the Windermere Taverners for an evening of cricket, good company and fundraising for a great local charity.

Between us, we managed to raise over £1,200, which is a brilliant result and something we're really proud to have been a part of.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a memorable evening. 🏏
