Thanks so much to everyone who came to see us today at South Wonston Primary School’s family fun day 🌞

I wanted to say a genuine apology to anyone who experienced longer waits or confusion during service today. It was my first time operating at an event in this setup and, with a techincal issue on the ordering app, plus the constraints of a trailer (only one person able to make coffees), things didn’t run as smoothly as I'd have liked.

I really appreciate everyone’s patience, kindness and understanding while we worked through it today!

On a positive note, we served over 120 drinks in 3 hours and learned a huge amount that I'll be taking forward to improve future events massively.

Thank you again for the support, it means a lot more than I can say 🤎☕️

So, the trailer has now been painted in the colour you all picked as your favourite on the poll, and she’s finally ready for her new signs to arrive 🥰

A full reveal will take place tomorrow once we’re open at South Wonston Recreation Ground! I’ll be there from 9am until 4pm.

The weather is set to be a bit of a washout, but I’ll still be there, though there’s currently a storm forecast for around 3pm, so I’ll judge the day as it goes, but I’m hoping to still see some of your lovely faces!

On the counter tomorrow:

Red velvet cake
Apple strudel plaits
Danish pastries

… and maybe even some caramel cheesecake if you ask nicely 😉 (it’ll be hiding in the fridge)!

Today marks 1 month since I opened at South Wonston Recreation Ground, and what a great first month it’s been! Today was especially lovely.

I’ve met some wonderful people along the way (plus plenty of dogs and horses too!) and I honestly can’t thank everyone enough for all the support. I absolutely love being at the Rec! 🥰

I’ll be open again next week in my usual spot on:

Wednesday: 9am–4pm

Friday: 9am–4pm

Then on Saturday I’ll be at South Wonston Primary School’s InflataPlanet Fun Day from 11am to 2pm. 🎉

50p from every cup sold will be donated back to the school, so come along, grab a drink, and support a great local event! It’s open to everyone and definitely worth a visit 💛

It’s been so nice to be back at South Wonston Rec this morning already, and it’s only been an hour ❤️

We’ve got Victoria sponge today, along with chocolate chip shortbread and your favourite cookies!

A Biscoff latte has been popular this morning, as has an oat milk flat white made with MOMA. Don’t forget, any coffee can be made iced!

Hi everyone ☕️

I just wanted to share a quick update. I've had quite a scary 24 hours as my little one ended up in hospital with a febrile convulsion. We’re home now with open access to the children’s ward if needed, but she still needs me while she recovers, so I’ll likely need to stay closed tomorrow.

As many of you know, my husband is away at the moment but back very soon, so I’ll have a bit more support again shortly and can get back to normal.

I’m really sorry for any inconvenience, especially as I’m still so new and getting things up and running.

Thank you so much for your patience and support; it genuinely means a lot during moments like this.

I’ll keep you posted and hope to be back serving you all very soon 🤎
