Busy day today so we open tomorrow with very different cakes ……. Dark chocolate fudge cake with fresh raspberries; spiced apple cake; orange & honey filo pie (seriously absolutely delish!!); yuzu & pistachio drizzle GF/DF; Battenberg to name just a few !!!!

Well today we had a swarm of Bees in Winchelsea. Luckily local beekeeper Cathy from Rentahive honey page came straight down from Pett and captured the little blighters!

Quite fascinating, I’ve never seen a bee swarm before and judging by the crowd who were watching nor had a lot of other people.

Well done Cathy!
