⭐️We’re hiring for a Saturday Supervisor at the Deans Court Cafe ⭐️

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Saturday Supervisor to join our small but busy café in Wimborne.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a can-do friendly attitude where you’ll take responsibility for running the café on Saturdays — from opening at 8:45 through to close (around 4:30). If you’re passionate about great food and drink, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:
An enthusiastic and reliable team member with strong customer service skills.
Someone who enjoys working with the public and thrives in a busy environment.
A proactive and confident individual who can take ownership of the day.
Experience in a café or hospitality setting is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Supervising the café and rest of the team throughout the day, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Processing sales at the till, taking customer orders and handling payments.
Preparing and serving hot and cold food to a high standard.
Making drinks using a coffee machine.
Washing up, clearing tables and maintaining a clean, welcoming space.
Using your initiative to manage busy periods and support the team.

Working Hours
Saturdays only, 8:45am – approximately 4:30pm (including opening and closing duties).

We kindly request that you do not apply unless you can commit to working Saturdays on a permanent basis.

🍰 Come and join our cafe team 🍰

We’re looking for someone responsible, reliable and friendly to join the Deans Court Cafe team.

This is a busy role and would suit someone who enjoys a bit of everything. You’ll need to be able to multitask and cope well under pressure, and be happy serving customers, preparing food, making coffees and clearing tables as part of the day-to-day rhythm of the cafe.

The role is for someone able to work open to close on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
