Well what a lovely time we had at the Made From Trees book club last week with our guest author CJ Powell.. Chris delighted us with tales of demons and how he creates them. This is not a genre I have read before but I can genuinely say I really enjoyed it. Chris’s books are all available on Amazon and I highly recommend you give one a try. Thanks Chris for coming to join us, it was a great evening and we wish you success with your future novels.

We don’t meet in August but our next read for September is Wings of a Butterfly by Sue Morris. Copies are available now at Gulliver’s bookshop. I also suggested having a look at Sarah Barr’s collection of short stories. Sarah runs Wimborne Writing Group and her books are also available at Gulliver’s.

So happy summer reading and I’ll see you on September 17th Piazzo Lounge Wimborne 7pm. All welcome
