We look forward to seeing you for England v Croatia on Wednesday, kick off may be at 9pm but you know The Cricks get the party started earlier than that, Happy Hour finishes at 6pm and we wouldn’t want you missing that so get down early👀🍻

❤️ Thankyou Wimborne ❤️

As we pack away the marquees, stack the last reusable cups and finally catch our breath, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who made this weekend so special.

Firstly, to our incredible Cricks team. You worked tirelessly from start to finish, often behind the scenes, always with a smile and always willing to muck in wherever you were needed. From setting up and serving behind the bars to clearing tables, keeping everything running smoothly and creating the atmosphere our customers love – you were simply outstanding. I'm incredibly proud to work alongside every single one of you.

To our amazing friends who gave up their own time to help us build the Sticky Wicket Festival Park and then jumped behind the bar to keep everyone refreshed all weekend – thank you. You didn't have to, but you did, and your support, hard work and friendship played a huge part in making the weekend such a success. We genuinely couldn't have done it without you.

A massive thank you also goes to our security team, who were professional, approachable and helped ensure everyone could relax and enjoy the weekend safely.

To our fantastic musicians, thank you for filling The Cricks and the Sticky Wicket Festival Park with incredible live music all weekend:
🎶 Chris Payn for kicking things off in style on Friday night.
🎶 Lizbob & Rob Aitch, Skyfall and Iron Hide for an unforgettable Saturday.
🎶 The Acoustic Connection for providing the soundtrack to both Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
🎶 And, of course, Quinns Quinney for bringing the curtain down on another brilliant Folk Festival weekend in true Cricks style.

Finally, thank you to every single person who came through our gates, bought a drink, grabbed some food, sang along, danced, laughed and embraced everything the weekend had to offer. The atmosphere you created was nothing short of incredible.

To see our little corner of Wimborne transformed into the Sticky Wicket Festival Park, full of smiling faces enjoying live music, ice-cold drinks and good company, made every hour of planning and hard work worthwhile.

Weekends like this remind us that The Cricketers Arms is so much more than a pub – it's a community. And this weekend, that community absolutely shone.

🎶🌞 Day 3 – The Grand Finale! 🌞🎶

It's the final day of Wimborne Folk Festival, and there's no better place to soak up those last festival vibes than The Cricketers Arms' Sticky Wicket Festival Park! 🍻🎸

🎉FOLKY IS UPON US🎉

In this post I’m going try and answer as many FAQs as possible in order to help you lovely people have a fantastic weekend❤️

Our “Sticky Wicket” Bar in the car park is open from 6-10pm Friday, 12-10pm Saturday, 11-6:30pm Sunday🍻

The Sticky Wicket stage is hosting a wide range of live music across the weekend from start to finish, with headlining performances from Chris Payn on Friday, Ironhide on Saturday and Quinns Quinny Sunday (more details on timings for the acts can be found on our previous post and posters in and around the pub)🕺🎶

We are very happy to be able to offer you free entry for the entire weekend, for both the pub and the car park, saving you a few extra pennies for the drinks😉🍻

We will be serving from reusable cups all weekend and are happy to serve in cups you bring, as long as they are clearly correctly marked with pint measurements🍺

Don’t have a cup? No fear - it only costs £1 to get your very own from the bar that you can love and cherish forever 😍 (my way of telling you the £1 is not a deposit, the cups are non refundable)

As you will be able to see in the video - we are very excited to be joined by Mad Dog Eats, filling your tummies all weekend with warming food from their food truck in the car park. Loaded wraps, loaded fries - they’ve got it all so come and get a bite to eat while enjoying the music😍🌯

There are also portable toilets available in the car park to ease any potential queues when that time comes calling💩

This is when we’re going to be opening the envelopes from our sweepstake so make sure to get yourselves down to the pub to join us for the action and see which lucky person got England👀🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏆

It's a big Festival weekend for team Ironhide this weekend.
With the Bridport Round Table hosted Bridport Beer Festival on Friday night. We will be rocking the tent from 8:30-10:30pm

Then on Saturday night we get to go wild at The Cricketers Arms in Wimborne, for the Wimborne Music Festival, 8:30-10:30pm
