“What a flawless performance!” Said NONE of the audience as they left the cafe last night! However, we had Mexican hats, we had some fantastic kazoo playing, we had brilliant guitar playing from Bob and a really poignant song about his dog. We had Les Misérables and sign language, Polly’s original funny songs and a parody written by John in the audience. We had some disastrous live looping. The audience became a vital part of the band on many occasions to cover Basslines, and guitar solos and they did a brilliant job. There was a huge amount of fun and laughter, and both the band and audience, had a really great time. Last minute lineup changes led to the wonderful Steph English stepping in with less than 24 hours notice and her beautiful voice really added to the night.
