Dear customers, we’re experiencing some technical difficulties with our main telephone line (01625 529111) We’ve had to plug our phone into our 2nd telephone line which we normally use for card transactions.

If you need to order with us today please call us on 01625 525533. We should have our standard phone number up and running again by Wednesday.

Unfortunately this means we won’t be able to process any card transactions and we are having to take cash only for today!

Dear customers,
I just wanted to take this opportunity to apologise to any of you who received their order later than usual today. We have very recently had our menus dropped off to your homes in and around Wilmslow and as a result have experienced an extremely high number of orders. If you couldn’t get through to our phone, I can assure you we have been open tonight, it just wasn’t possible to attend to your calls because we were already dealing with previous orders and unfortunately could not process any more additional orders. Our customers have been very understanding tonight and for that I’m very appreciative!☺️

Dear people of Wilmslow, unfortunately we are closed on Christmas Day… We will be happy to serve you on Christmas Eve and/or Boxing Day, however we are expecting it to be quite busy and we will be giving delivery times of “over the hour mark” for our local Wilmslow customers… Unfortunately we are going to be understaffed on Christmas Eve so getting your order in earlier than usual would be the better option!
