Or, I’ll leave it to you, as we say in English, is a mixture of sushi, sashimi and cooked Japanese food. But the emphasis is all about using the best of ingredients possible and working from the heart and soul. So all our produce is authentically sourced from across the globe and with our unique, dining experience, you’re fully immersed in both taste sensation and the restaurant’s ambience. As voted in the ‘Top 10 Most Blissful Places to Eat’ we pride ourselves in being different to your usual sushi experience and creating an authentic taste of Japanese tradition. We freshly prepare all dishes in front of you to give you a greater connection with the food and we’re happy to share thoughts and answer any questions you may have. We are also passionate about making sure every customer has a good experience, so your honest feedback is always appreciated. We are popular so we do advise you book a few days in advance to avoid disappointment, but we do allow walk in’s during our quiet periods and when we have cancellations.

New venture after searching for the right location for a year and a half the right property our very own place (no landlord),
coming to 30 High Street Wigton. CA7 9NJ.

Fish suppliers straight from the boat just over the boarder in Scotland in place.

Kobe beef flown in from Japan as always.

Alaskan black cod from Alaska obviously as always.

We won't change anything from what we've always done.

Bring your own alcohol (corkage per person) as always so now mad over charging for booze.

Wide selection of Japanese teas from Kyoto not imitation ones.

Japan soft drinks straight from the Japanese manufacturer not full of sugar or corporate crap.

Now the real work begins fitting out the property to feel as we have always done authentic Japanese with now fuss.

All about the ingredients and food and experience.

2 and half hours of dining, connecting and relaxing.
