There are at least 2 traffic counters in bowness, one outside pear tree cottage and one down on the way to Wallsend. Although they're about numbers rather than speeds, it should go towards a speed limit in the village if the numbers are high enough. Please encourage everyone with a car to drive over them as often as possible
