We’re looking for a chef to join us at The Brewery Project Wigan and play a huge part in shaping our food offering. We’re 8 months in, and we’re bringing the kitchen in-house so we can build a cracking core menu alongside seasonal specials that keep people coming back for more.

We’re after someone who’s:
🍕 Experienced with pizzas, street food & small plates
🔥 Passionate about great food
💡 Full of ideas and happy to take initiative
💪 Calm under pressure and able to turn out quality dishes, even when it’s busy
🙌 Ready to help create one of the best food destinations in Wigan

This isn’t just another kitchen job. It’s a chance to build something from the ground up and have a real say in what goes on the menu.

IT’S MATCH DAY! ⚽🍻⚽️🍻⚽️🍻

Tonight’s the night! England take on Argentina, and we’ll be showing it live from The Brewery Project.

We’re not a fan zone with giant queues and plastic pints… We’re a small neighbourhood bar where everyone’s welcome. Come and enjoy one of those special nights that football does best… lots of hope, plenty of anticipation, and just a drizzle of stress 😅
