Our trainees have edited, uploaded and now published a brand new show this morning, all ready for you, our AMAZING LISTENERS! 🎧💬

In this segment, trainees have designed their own jingle and made their radio script before performing. Here they have some music 🎶, weather updates, and lots of our latest news!

There is also a small tribute to our very own Matt Russo!

It’s been fantastic to see everyone planning this segment, growing in confidence, and having lots of laughs along the way 🙌💛

🌟 Just a reminder – our Transition Event is taking place this Saturday! 🌟

Are you starting to think about life after school or college?

This event is a great opportunity for young people with a learning disability, their families, carers, and professionals to meet local Day Opportunity Providers and discover the support, activities, and opportunities available across Wigan.

Whether you're interested in:
✅ Social activities
✅ Building independence
✅ Developing new skills
✅ Volunteering opportunities
✅ Meeting new people

You'll be able to speak directly with providers, ask questions, and explore the options available to help plan your next steps.

The Deputy of the Week is Sam!
Sam has coped amazingly with lots of change recently and made the staff so proud with how well he is doing with it all.....and on top of all of this, did some amazing independent baking with delicious results!

Today we’re hosting a Golf Tournament with our friends at Haigh Hall - thank you again for your support and all of the volunteer team helping us run such a great event!

Congratulations to the Deputy of the Week, Amy!

Amy is an amazing team player, never leaving her vocation until she has helped everyone to finish all of the jobs that need doing.
On top of this, Amy has been showing us her brilliant teaching skills by showing new Trainees how to work in all of the different areas across The Hamlet with such patience and kindness!
