Lottie Friday morning Baby First Aid session in our little learners cafe. 🤕🫶

Next Week's Session:
🌡️ Fevers, Febrile Seizures & Meningitis

A reassuring session covering some of the things parents often worry about when their baby becomes poorly.

We’ll cover:

Taking and monitoring baby's temperature
Febrile seizures and what they can look like
What to do during a febrile seizure
When to seek medical help
Signs and symptoms of meningitis
Why parents shouldn't wait for a rash before seeking help
When to get urgent help

🌼 NEW TIME – COFFEE, CAKE & BABY FIRST AID 🌼

As requested, we’ve changed the time slightly for our Coffee, Cake & Baby First Aid sessions. ☕🍰👶

Our first session is THIS FRIDAY, 21st August, 11am–12pm at Inspire Café in Boothstown. 💙

And we’re starting with one of the biggest worries for parents…

💙 WHAT IF MY BABY STOPS BREATHING?

We’ll look at what to do if your baby is unresponsive or not breathing normally, and you’ll have the chance to practise baby CPR on training manikins.

This isn’t a formal first aid course. It’s a relaxed hour where you can have a coffee and some cake, meet other parents, ask questions and learn some really important first aid skills. 🌼
